So , You actually need 1200/129 = 9.4 KB per second... {1 hour lecture = appx 30MB}My goal is bring it down to something like 5 KB per second or may be like 1 KB per second.. but I am happy with even 10KBps bitrate..
I am improving my system and hopefully I will be able to create a website similar to Youtube but for educational contents..
